PTSA Meetings for 2019-2020 are detailed below. Location may vary, but is usually in the front office conference room. If you have any questions about meetings or would like to add something to the agenda, please contact the PTSA President at CulbrethPTSApresident@gmail.com.
2019-2020 Meeting Dates
PTSA Officer Meetings will generally be held on the first Wednesday of each month at 8:30 AM (with a few exceptions).
Agenda will vary but will usually include the Principal’s Report, grant requests, and discussion of current and applicable PTSA/school events. The public is always welcome to attend.

September 11 - Minutes
October 2 - Minutes
November 13 - second round of grants presented; final membership update; spiritwear update; Food Securities plan update
December 4 - Hospitality update;
January 8 - discuss chili cook off; hospitality update
February 5 - third round of grants presented; STEAM Day update
March 4 - hospitality update; budget review for remaining months
April 1 - Food Securities Committee update
May 6 - final round of grants presented; Hospitality info on Teacher appreciation week
June 3 - final meeting (budget approval and PTSA board approval for 2020-2021 school year)
We will also host general PTSA meetings 4 times this year in conjunction with SIT meetings. The PTSA will provide a brief and general update at the conclusion of the SIT meeting.
Meetings will be held in the Culbreth library unless otherwise noted.
