Friendly Reminder for our Fall Sport Parents & Guardians--
We can't run the sports banquet without the help of volunteers! Currently we have just one volunteer for set-up and one volunteer for clean-up (shout out to Megan and Chiara!). We could also use a few more hands at the check-in table and helping kids through the food line. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0E4EAEA82EA02-66757495-culbreth
Also, registration will close for banquet sign-ups on THURSDAY NOVEMBER 5th! Go ahead and register today!

Books Over Break
Give the Gift of Reading this holiday season by donating gently used children’s books!
Cleaning out your bookshelves over the holidays? This year, PSF’s book collection runs November 1, 2026 through January 19, 2027 giving families an opportunity to share gently used books during the holiday season and help put more books into the hands of CHCCS students. PSF’s Books Over Break program expands access to books for students in our community who need them most.
Last year, our community donated over 15,000 children’s books, which were carefully sorted and distributed to elementary and middle schools across CHCCS. These books helped students build their own home libraries and encouraged reading outside the classroom.
You can help! Please donate new and gently used books for preschool through 8th-grade students in the Books Over Break collection box in your school’s front office. Financial donations are also being accepted (QR code below) to help purchase high-demand books, including graphic novels and books in Spanish. Books can also be donated year round to Lincoln Center (750 S. Merritt Mill Rd).
Every book donated can become a new favorite, an opportunity to practice reading, or a story shared at home. Thank you for helping PSF put more books into the hands of young readers across our community!
