Bedford Falls Book Fair: Volunteers Still Needed!
Bedford Falls Book Fair is coming to Culbreth, February 26th through March 1st. The book fair will be open every morning before the bell, and Tuesday/Thursday during lunch hours.
We need your help to make this event a success! Morning and lunchtime volunteer shifts are available, and no experience is needed! Questions? Email Renee Bosman at reneebosman@hotmail.com.

Staff Appreciation Week Fundraiser
Can you believe it, your Hospitality Committee is already planning for Staff Appreciation Week (May 6-10)?! In order to plan, we are going to do our fundraising for Staff Appreciation Week a little early this year. Our goal is to raise $3,000 over the next 4 weeks to pay not only for Staff Appreciation Week, but also to cover hospitality events for the rest of the year. We work hard to stretch every penny!
Our hope is to have these things for our teachers and staff on Staff Appreciation Week:
+One breakfast, including a pop-up coffee shop hosted by B3 Coffee
+Two delicious catered lunches
+Three small gifts with a schedule for the week
+Fifteen different snacks in a snack bar for an afternoon pick-me-up
+Twenty dollar gift card (or more if we raise more funds)

PSF 5K for Education--Register Today!
Run or walk with your teachers, family and friends at the Public School Foundation 5K for Education on Saturday, March 9, at 8:30 a.m. here in Chapel Hill. NEW this year, is a 1K fun run.
• Adult registration is $30 until Feb. 29, (Price increase beginning March 1, adult registration is $35). $10 from every adult registration goes to the school of your choice!
• Teacher and student registration is $20.
• New this year: 1K Fun Run (untimed). Registration is $20 and includes a t-shirt.
• 5K for Education t-shirts are available to the first 2,300 registrants, so please register today!

Erin wins a cash prize and a chili headband! Thank you to all the fantastic chili chefs!
And the other winners, our outstanding teachers and staff, who all got to enjoy a delicious chili lunch.
